They also taught me that the person behind the leadership matters.
Leaders carry responsibilities, navigate uncertainty, make difficult decisions, and invest in others, often while managing significant demands in their own lives.
I understand that responsibility, both professionally and personally.

My faith shapes my commitment to people, purpose, integrity, stewardship, and leadership that serves others. It also deepens my concern for people who are vulnerable or overlooked and those working to make their lives better.
